Lease of Cafe at Aqualink Nunawading

The principal objectives of Council are to:

• secure a quality tenant with appropriate hospitality experience to conduct the business from the Café;
• ensure that the occupation and use of the Café compliments the operations of Aqualink Nunawading;
• achieve a suitable financial return to Council.
• To assist Council in attaining these objectives, the successful respondent will need to ensure that the proposed use of the Café:
• provides a variety of quality offerings and price points;
• promotes healthy options through a commitment to the Victorian Government’s Healthy Choices: Policy Guidelines for Sport and Recreation Centres‘ Healthy Alternatives Program’; and
• enhances the overall activities and clearly supports the objectives of Aqualink Nunawading as a quality leisure facility.
