New Academic Street (NAS) is a major new mixed-use development currently under construction on the RMIT City campus which will transform the heart of the campus into a cutting edge, world class urban hub, with food and retail facilities and services catering to the daily needs of a diverse community of RMIT student, staff and campus visitors.
There will be a mix of 18 individual tenancies within the NAS development which include 14 leased areas and 4 purpose built pop up retail and food and beverage tenancies located within 3 separate retail precincts.
RMIT seeks a tenant who will provide a food and beverage offer within the premises GS1 that will add value to the NAS student experience that engages students across our demographics.
