Tender Description
137.75 acres for a term of one year, with the option for two further one year terms (a max of three years licence). Commencing 1st January 2017 until 31 December 2017. Shire rates to be paid by lessee. Raising of sheep and alpacas, hay cutting, cropping on 'Mill' paddock only. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Tenders close at 6:00pm on Wednesday 30 November 2016.
Condition: Lease payment up front and there will be a minimum of four weeks when stock are to be off the race track area, prior to Hinnomunjie Picnic Races. (Labour Day Saturday).
