UrbanGrowth NSW is inviting applicants from suitably qualified and resourced Civil Works Contractors to submit their response to the Expression of Interest (EOI) to become pre-qualified for UrbanGrowth NSW’s Civil Contractor Panel.
Successful Applicants from this EOI will be appointed to the Pre-qualified Panel and may be invited to quote/tender on specific projects in accordance with the UrbanGrowth NSW Procurement Policy Framework.
The civil works projects generally involve the various stages of residential, commercial and industrial land development. UrbanGrowth NSW operates on both green and brown field sites. Panel members will be required to demonstrate experience and skills in implementing and delivering civil projects typically ranging from $500,000 to $40,000,000.
Appointment to the panel may be based on geographical considerations as well as range of services provided.
