Grenville Oval Stage 4 - Access Road & Car Park

⁠⁠⁠As part of the development of the new Grenville Oval at Banyul Warri Fields Torquay, Council is seeking an experienced civil contractor for the construction of access road and car parking facility.

The works comprises mainly of:
(i) Earthworks to remove and replace existing stockpiles of material in accordance with the attached documentation
(ii) Construction of retaining walls along the eastern boundary of the site & around the existing water tank incl. mesh fencing, and
(iii) Construction of the road and car park including the road pavement, surfacing, drainage incl. kerb & channel as well as any other works outlined in the tender documents.

Council requires the works to commence by 9th January 2017 and to be completed by no later than 31 March 2017.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
