Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders from interested Architectural Design Consultants, with a view to appointing a panel of Consultants who are capable of providing architectural & urban design services for major building projects of up to $2 million.
Projects vary in nature and may include the design of new buildings and/or additions and alterations to existing buildings such as sporting stadiums & pavilions, Council’s office buildings, aquatic facilities, leisure & recreation centres, libraries, childcare centres, large mixed use commercial projects.
