The project is located at 24 Harmer Road Hallam VIC 3803 (Melway 91D11 ).
Works to include but not be limited to the following:
The project scope includes extending the existing play room to provide a new locker room for 30 lockers and additional activity space. Work includes new bench top at foyer for work related use and extending existing kitchen benches provide more worktops for staff & visitors. The total extension to the building is 33.6sq.m.
