Nous Group ('Nous') is managing the expression of interest process on behalf of our client: a $500 m+ organisation in Sydney, New South Wales (the 'Client').
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably experienced, competent and skilled IT support providers who wish to indicate interest in tendering for the possible IT Support Services contract to support and maintain a portfolio of standard and bespoke software applications ('The Portfolio') for the Client.
The client has a seasonal workload with a mixture of critical (10%), standard (40%) and lower urgency (50%) systems. This EOI excludes infrastructure and hosting services. Pricing, proposed terms and referees are not required at this stage.
