This project is for construction of an additional observation room to be added to the existing maternal child health centre, located within the Tunstall Childrens Services Hub at the corner of Tunstall Road and Maggs Street, Doncaster East, Melways Map 48-D3
The scope of works for this Contract is for the provision of all necessary construction services as required to complete the works as shown on the plans and in the Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall complete all works in accordance with relevant Australian standards, the NCC and industry best practice.
The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.
