Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors and/or companies for the Design & Construction of a new Modular Staff Amenities Building at Massey Park Golf Course, Ian Parade, Concord.

Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $110.00 (including GST) and interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal www.tenderlink.com/canadabay to download and access the documents.

A pre-Tender meeting will be held on site at 10:30am on 20 October 2016 at Massey Park Golf Course, Bayview Street Concord (Green Keepers Yard)

Submissions close Tuesday 8 November 2016 at 2pm. Late tenders will not be accepted.
