Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contract:

Stamford Park Parklands Concept & Design
This contract calls for the provision of concept and design services for a series of interdependent projects in the Stamford Park parklands (Rowville), including wetlands, landscape treatments, pathway and bridge networks, open space facilities and civil works associated with a recreational lake. Services include documentation of concept plans and costings for the precinct, with an option of further design of discrete packages of work arising from the concept design.
Tender forms and specification may be obtained by downloading from Council’s website www.knox.vic.gov.au/tenders.
Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2:00 pm on Thursday 20 October 2016.

Tenders for all the contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
