Request for Quotations - Cleaning of Leased Residential Accommodation
The Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) currently maintains a lease portfolio within Griffith of 8-9 residences which provides in the order of 23-25 available beds. Occupancy is approximately 85%.
The MLHD is looking to appoint a suitability qualified and experienced external agency to provide cleaning services and property management services. The approved external agency will take responsibility for:
Managing the cleaning of properties at the termination of leases and between tenancies.
Providing monthly reports on all properties to identify potential liabilities for the MLHD.
The MLHD is seeking quotations for the ongoing cleaning of staff accommodation for an initial period of 1 year. Suppliers are asked to complete the Return Schedule and submit it to Ian Woolfe by Friday 21 October 2016.
