Tender Description
The Department requires the provision of electricity to the Sites and NMIs listed in Attachment D of the RFT document (Site, Meter and Volume Data).
Tenderers should refer to Attachment D of the RFT document (Site, Meter and Volume Data) for the full list of participating Portfolios (Tenderers should note that this list is accurate at the time of the RFT issue, but is subject to change over time due to changes in lease and business activity).
The Sites listed in Attachment D of the RFT document (Site, Meter and Volume Data) may also be altered to allow for the adjustment of Load type if they fall below the jurisdictional limits and if suitable interval metering is installed.
The Department requires that Sites and NMIs can be rolled into/out of the Contract with thirty (30) days' notice.
