Tender Description
The City of Sydney Invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced operators for Three Sydney Parkland Cafe / Kiosk Tenancy Opportunities.
The City has three unique parkland Cafe/ Kiosk sites available for lease:-
Site 1 - Bellevue Cottage, Leichhardt Street, Glebe
Site 2 - Pirrama Park Kiosk, Corner Harris Street & Pirrama Road, Pyrmont
Site 3 - The Bandstand, Green Park, Darlinghurst.
Each site features an Iconic building which has various Mixed Use potential and existing DA approval; restaurant, Cafe or Kiosk. All three sites will be available from early 2017.
The city is offering 5 x 5 year Lease Terms (All three leases are subject to council Approval, with Bandstand Cafe subject to an additional Crown assessment process and subsequent Crown approval).
Proponents are able to tender for one or multiple sites.
The City is seeking (one or more) operators who can demonstrate the following qualities to take on these exciting inner city locations.
* Dynamic Concepts & Fitouts
* Innovative Menus
* Accessible Price Points
* Interaction with the surrounds and local community
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
