Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Provision of Balmoral Reserve Playspace, 40-42 Balmoral Street, Kilsyth (Melways Ref Map 51K5) and Pinks Reserve Playspace, 155 Liverpool Road, Kilsyth (Melways Ref Map 51G9) (‘the Works’).
Tenderers must tender for both projects.
The anticipated works commencement date is as soon as possible.
Tender submissions must be received by 3.00pm Monday 03 October 2016 or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed. Please zip your tender submission together with any other relevant documents and upload the zipped file as per the instructions within the tender.
