Invitation to Tender

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contracts:

Construction of Two Netball Courts, Walker Reserve, Wantirna South

The provision of a quality assured contract for the construction of Two Netball Courts, Walker Reserve, Wantirna South, involving the following quantities: removal of concrete (10 sqm), removal of concrete plinth (165m), removal of chainwire fencing (165m), earthworks (51cum), excavate open unlined drain (36m), drainage pits (2 No), concrete spoon drain (41m), concrete paving (3.5sqm), reinforced concrete paving (1473sqm), concrete plinth (114m), acrylic surfacing (1473sqm), tennis court fencing (155m), design and installation of court lighting and associated works.

Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of twelve (12) weeks.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 2 at 4:00pm, Wednesday 14 September 2016.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 4:00pm Tuesday, 27 September 2016.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
