Leisure Centres CCTV Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Design, supply and installation services associated with CCTV upgrades at three (3) Council facilities being:
* The Geelong Arena;
* Leisure time Centre &
* Barwon Valley Activity Centre.

Scope of Works include;
a) Design of new / upgraded CCTV system (drawings + specifications)
b) Supply and installation of CCTV system
c) Allowance to conduct works safely whilst the venue remains open to public.

The following Mandatory requirements must be complied with to be considered as a conforming tender:
a) mandatory site inspection commencing at 10.00am Monday 5 September 2016 commencing at Leisure Time Centre, 262 282 Anakie Rd, Norlane, then proceeding to Geelong Arena 110 Victoria Street, North Geelong at 11.00am and concluding at Barwon Valley Activity Centre 1 Barwon Heads Rd, Belmont at 12noon.

Failure of a tenderer to attend at all 3 sites will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.

Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process.

b) Contractor must hold a Victorian Security Licence as a Security Consultant;
c) Integration with the Council's current system, Dallmeier. Tenderers can also propose an additional alternative.

It is expected the successful contractor will be awarded the contract in October to commence the design phase and complete the installation works by April 2017.

A brief for each site has been attached along with a Bill Of Quantities and returnable schedules for the tenderers to complete.
