The project is located at Power road reserve, 203-205 Power Road, Doveton VIC 3177.
The Project contract includes construction of an extension to the existing Pavilion facility for Male & Female toilets for public & provision of accessible amenities.
The renewal part of the project will cover new kitchen joinery works, refurbishment of change rooms & amenities, a referee's room and make the building compliant to DDA requirements.
Total area of extension is 70.6 sq.m approx. The facility is expected to be completed within 20 weeks.
