Tender Description
Catholic Education Commission Victoria has developed requirements for the support of Student Referral to Discharge services provided to Catholic Schools across Victoria. These services are provided to schools by head and regional office based caseworkers including: Education Officers; Learning Consultants; Psychologists; and Speech Pathologists.
The Student Referral to Discharge processes at summary level are:
* Pre-referral School Support
* Submit a Referral
* Review and Action Referral
* Manage Case
* Raise Additional Service Request
* Discharge Student
* Manage Reporting and Ongoing Monitoring at the school level
It is recognised that no packaged solution will provide the full functionality, and case management capabilities required however, expressions of interest for the provision of potential solutions are invited from vendors with a Commercial off the Shelf solution and relevant experience to satisfy these requirements and to provide management information.
Expressions of interest must be lodged at akolasseril@ceomelb.catholic.edu.au by 2.00 pm Friday, 9th September 2016.
