Tender Description
Western District Health Service (WDHS) is seeking EOIs from suitably qualified firms to provide architectural services for a planned refurbishment of “The Birches” Aged Care Facility located in Tyres Street, Hamilton, Victoria.
The Architect would be engaged by WDHS to prepare a detailed schematic design, construction and tender documentation and undertake project administration.
Expression of Interest applications will be assessed on the basis of merit against the established assessment criteria contained within the EOI specification.
