Supply Chain Technology Design

⁠⁠⁠Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites a Request for Information (RFI) for market capability assessment for the state-wide supply chain technology solution (e-Commerce / e-Procurement, Common Catalogue and Catalogue Management Tool and Warehouse Management System) in line with the requirements of the Supply Chain Reform Program on behalf of Participating Health Services (“the Health Services”).

The objective of this RFI is for HPV to provide key functional and non-functional requirements, to:
* Determine supplier capability and capacity to design or support the design of a state-wide supply chain technology platform, and ascertain supplier capability via demonstrated implementation experience for innovative design and project delivery (on time and on budget) in the public or private sector;
* Obtain information about the different software products that support end to end supply chain processes and analytics in particular specific processes such as: procure to pay, common catalogue and catalogue management tool and a Warehouse Management System. Respondents are to demonstrate which module(s) they could provide a solution for;
* Identify which products and vendors Respondents have any affiliation or past association with;
* Obtain indicative timeframes for design and costings; and
* Request what additional information Respondents would require in order to provide a detailed cost design.

The next phase will include a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a detailed design and costings for a supply chain technology solution.

The RFI opened on 10 August 2016 and closes at 14:00 AEST 24 August 2016.

Documents and submission for this RFI is only through the HPV Procurement Portal via the HPV website at https://www.hpv.org.au.

Respondents are required to first Register on the HPV website to gain access to the HPV Procurement Portal. Once in the Procurement Portal, Respondents need to express interest in this RFI to view the RFI information.
