Tender Description
Moira Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified organisations or individuals to undertake a condition survey assessment of Council’s infrastructure assets located within Moira Shire Council boundary between 1 October 2016 and 31 December 2016.
The asset classes to be assessed include the following:
* Sealed Road Pavements & Sealed Road Surfaces
* Kerb & Channel (including traffic islands)
* Car Parks
* Parking Bays - on road pavement & sealed surface
* Yarrawonga Aerodrome - sealed pavements and sealed surfaces including runway, taxi way and access roads
* Yarrawonga Aerodrome – including apron, tie down areas, refuelling areas and carpark
* Footpaths and Pathways – Concrete, Bitumen, Brick, Gravel
INFORMATION
The tender specification can be found under the tender details tab. Council have recently converted to an online tendering system (TenderSearch), which means the specification no longer contains any schedules for manual completion.
All schedules are now in a electronic format and are referred to as online forms. They are all in a editable word format in order for you to download, complete on your computer and upload with your submission.
You will see the online forms when you log into TenderSearch, click on the response tab and you will see a small rectangle box called "online forms". Click on this box and it will take you to the online forms. Now you will need to do is answer the questions and/or open the blue underlined attachments related to each question, save it, complete it and upload with your submission with any supporting documents.
