The works comprise, but are not limited to:
* Permanent closure of Railway Place from Miller Street to Anderson Street.
* Remodel of the Dynon Road and Dryburgh Street intersection, including traffic signal works.
* Closure of Miller Street slip lane.
* Permanent closure of northern end of Anderson Street and Stawell Street.
* Creation of new open space recreation area and associated pedestrian paths.
* Creation of new dog off leash area.
* Creation of new pedestrian and cycle paths.
