UNSW Is Inviting expressions of Interest (EOI) from professional and commercially orientated (national and Independent) operators to design, fit out and operate a sit-down cafe located on the UNSW upper Kensington campus.
The successful proponent will have a proven track record in successfully operating a sit-down cafe in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
