Request for Proposal - Goulburn Aquatic & Leisure Centre Cafe

⁠⁠⁠Goulburn Mulwaree Council is inviting proposals from experienced food and beverage operators for a retail café tenancy at the Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre (GALC).

We're looking for an operator who can deliver high-quality food and beverages in a modern, welcoming café environment that serves the diverse needs of our facility and the broader community. The right candidate will bring a friendly, service-focused approach and a menu that complements the active, health-conscious nature of the GALC.

The successful operator will have a proven track record in café or hospitality operations and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a busy community facility.

The lease will be offered on an initial two (2) year term, with up to 2 x 1 year options available at Council's discretion

A one-off site visit will be held at 10am on the 9th June at the Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre.
