Supply & Installation of LED Luminaires in Student Residences Hawthorn Campus

⁠⁠⁠This Tender shall cover the supply and installation of new light emitting diodes (LED) luminaries including the modifying of existing cabling and other associated works.

Site Visit:
A Site Visit will be held on the following date and time. The session will commence on time and viewing of the installation site will be provided:
Date Friday 15 July 2016
Time 8:30 am - 11:00 am
Meeting Place Facilities Offices - 1 Alfred Street Hawthorn

Respondents are requested to RSVP their attendance for the Site visit by notifying through the e-Tender System Question Portal.

Important Note:
Respondents must answer ALL mandatory questions for assessment by Swinburne, and provide a detailed response.

Respondents who fail to answer all mandatory questions in full may be deemed as providing a non-compliant submission and therefore eliminated from the tender process.

When a response is requested in a question, please either use the text field or attach a document to the question with the answer. Do not reference something in another attached document, it will not be viewed at the time of your submission assessment. Please ensure you read all questions carefully and provide a detailed response.

Swinburne must receive your tender proposal by the due date or you may be eliminated from the tender process.

Pricing Schedule:
Respondents must submit their pricing via the Pricing Schedule template which is attached to question 7.1

Respondents are required to enter pricing or data in the green shaded fields ONLY and reattach the completed pricing template to question 7.1

Please Note: If any respondent fails to enter pricing or data in the green shaded fields as requested by Swinburne University or fails to provide a response by the due date of the tender then the supplier may be eliminated.

Please ensure you inform Swinburne University immediately if any of the pricing tables aren't clear or if your organisation has any questions/concerns.
