Tender Description
The work to be performed comprises the inspection, servicing and reporting on:-
* HVAC plant and equipment installed at approximately 100 facilities throughout the municipality:
* Various Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated equipment (Automated Logic Victoria, Elliot Airconditioning Controls and Siemens Australia) installed at approximately 12 facilities throughout the municipality, and;
* a Landfill Gas Extraction system.
