Richmond Valley Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified professionals to assist Council with technical advice, services, concepts, designs and specifications. Council is looking for Architects, Landscape Designers, Structural Designers and Engineers and experts in business case development to assist in planning and delivering key projects.
Council has a number of exciting signature projects within the region which are being developed such as:
* Riverside parks in Woodburn and Coraki that incorporate multipurpose community buildings and facilities
* Reconstruction and upgrade of the Northern Rivers Livestock Exchange in Casino
* Development of a Master Plan for the Casino Drill Hall site and riverside precinct in Casino
* Casino Civic Hall restoration
* Building and landscape designs and specifications for other works on an on call basis
* Business case development to support grant applications
If you believe you are suitably qualified and experienced to become a prime stakeholder in projects such as those listed above, we would like you to register your interest with Council, describing your success stories, your projects of note and your ability to deliver such works.
By becoming a member of Council's preferred suppliers list, you will have a front row position to assist in delivering projects of regional significance, and contributing to the long term future of the Richmond Valley and Northern Rivers.
Expressions of Interest close at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 26 July 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
