Tender Description
The Works involve the supply of all necessary labour, plant, equipment, materials and expertise for the repair of failed road pavement on local roads throughout the Baw Baw Shire.
The tender is divided into two packages:
The first package consists of pavement repair to 28,000m2 across 9no roads south of the Princes Highway. Works within this package are to be completed between October and December 2016.
The second package consists of pavement repair to approximately 50,000m2 across 8 roads north of the Princes Highway. Works within this package are to be completed between January and March 2017.
Council at its absolute discretion reserves the right to award this contract to one or two of the Tenderers who have responded to the Request for Tender. Following the evaluation of submissions the successful Tenderer/s will be advised in writing with a letter of offer which will include details of the section/s to be awarded.
The Contract will be a Schedule of Rates Contract and not subject to rise and fall of prices.
