The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for a new park at 222 Palmer Street, Darlinghurst.
The tenderer will be required to undertake the construction of a new park and playground at 222 Palmer Street Darlinghurst NSW. Works include the partial demolition of an existing building, structural engineered construction to support retained walls, the construction of the new park including soft and hard landscaping and services works and the installation of new play equipment.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
Tenders close at 11.00 am AEST on Friday 22 July 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
