Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking submissions from experienced Contractors to undertake the Design & Construct of the Campbell Hill Pump track and Basketball Court Project. It includes the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour and supervision to complete the work.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on 

Date & Time: 25th June 2026 from 10 AM.

Meeting at: Basketball Court – Campbell Hill Pioneer Reserve, Guildford NSW 2161.

Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its submission will not be considered.
