Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors for the design, supply of materials and equipment, construction, installation of equipment, testing, pre-commissioning, the supply of operation and maintenance manuals and training of the Principal's staff in the operation of the equipment supplied and installed under the Contract for the Design Development and Construction of a photovoltaic array at the new Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and the new Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
Equipment and materials required for the construction will be supplied by the successful Tenderer as part of the Contract.
A detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 3 - Specifications of this Tender document.
A mandatory Tender Briefing / Site Inspection will be held as per the details provided in the table below:
Date Time Location: 15 June 2016 at 11:00am - Parkes Shire Council's PMO at 203 Clarinda Street, Parkes, NSW.
Respondents are requested to attend a Tender briefing / site inspection.

Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
