Overview
Oberon Council invites quotations for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of solar PV systems across three council sites, including a VPP-compatible solar and battery system at the Water Treatment Plant.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design, supply, installation and commissioning of solar PV systems across three council sites
- Design, supply, installation and commissioning of a VPP-compatible solar and battery system at the Water Treatment Plant, comprising a total of 82kW solar and 250kWh battery capacity
- Delivery of a complete turnkey solution, including approvals, documentation and STC processing
Contractor Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in similar solar PV and battery storage projects
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Systems to be fully operational by December 2026
- Council intends to appoint a single contractor for all sites, but may consider multiple contractors
