Tender Description
Conservation works to the historic Convict Workshops, Buildings 137, 138 & 143, Cockatoo Island. Works to these buildings includes, but is not limited to external stonemasonry works including repointing, redressing and indenting of stone. Also repairs & reconstruction of the existing external windows & doors, Re-painting of all windows & doors internally & externally.
Because of the heritage significance of these buildings only Respondents with extensive demonstrable and relevant experience in building conservation works in particular stonemasonry and joinery will be considered. This also includes any proposed sub-contractors.
