Tender Description
RMIT intends to prequalify contractors for the following types of works (project value range from $50,000 to $2M):
* Refurbishment - Heritage spaces
* New/Refurbishment - Laboratories
* New/Refurbishment - Teaching and learning spaces
* New/Refurbishment - Offices
* New/Refurbishment - Amenities
* New/Refurbishment - Technical Workshops
* New/Refurbishment - Other spaces as required e.g. retail
* Facilities Maintenance (FM) projects - such as mechanical and electrical asset upgrade or replacement e.g. chiller or air handling unit replacement, switchboard upgrade.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) requirements and details including Response Schedule are now ready for download. You must register on the Tendermax system to be able to download these documents & subsequent addenda, receive notifications, and to be able to submit your completed EOI response documents.
