Monash University is seeking an Architect-led, multidisciplinary consortium to undertake updates to its 2011-2030 Caulfield and Clayton Campus Masterplans.
Respondents must demonstrate significant relevant experience in urban design, with a successful track record of leading innovative, highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. Team representation will include but not be limited to the following disciplines: architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, traffic and transport, planning, civil engineering, sustainability and community consultation.
This is an open EOI, from which a shortlist of respondents will be invited to participate in a qualitatively assessed Request for Proposals followed by an interview with the project selection panel.
