Expression of Interest (EOI) are invited for Contract No. 003/2016 – Public Domain Upgrade Works at Merrylands, NSW closing at the above time. Cumberland Council is proposing a significant redevelopment of the Merrylands City Centre to accommodate over 4000 new dwellings plus additional retail and commercial space, including a range of infrastructure projects aimed at revitalising the Merrylands City Centre, which will meet the needs of our fast-growing community.
This Expression of Interest is targeted at identifying contractors with the experience and capacity to deliver elements of Council’s proposed public domain upgrades. Full details of the EOI are available at https://www.tenderlink.com/adcentre
Expression of Interests are required to comply with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of Tendering for the Construction Industry (if applicable).
