Tender Description
The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) wishes to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a data capture and condition assessment of its buildings located within its cemeteries on the basis of a fixed price lump sum.
Bidders are welcome to tender for any or all of the 3 building categories; major, minor and heritage. Bidders will be required to submit their unit rates in case of a material variation to the estimated Bill of Quantities supplied with these documents.
