Design and Construct a New Bridge Over MacKenzie River, Horsham

⁠⁠⁠Horsham Rural City Council invites Tenders from appropriately pre-qualified contractors for the design and construction of a new bridge over MacKenzie River on Three Bridges Road, Horsham, including:

Design and associated proof engineering of a new bridge structure (footings, abutments, superstructure, deck, bridge railing, etc.);

Hydraulic and hydrological assessment to confirm that the proposed new bridge design will not have any net negative impact compared to existing conditions to the adjacent land through the proposed design

Design of associated road approaches including guard fence, signage and linemarking;

Removal and demolition of the existing bridge structure;

Construction of a new bridge structure, (including footings, abutments, superstructure, deck, bridge railing, etc.);

Construction of new road approaches and associated guard fence, signage, etc.; and

All associated and ancillary works.

Pre-qualification
Only contractors that are incorporated and pre-qualified with VicRoads at the following technical categories at the Tender Closing Time are eligible to tender on this Contract:
Level SS for Bridge Design
Level PE for Proof Engineering
Level B1 for Bridge Construction

TENDERS CLOSE 2.00pm Wednesday 22 June 2016.
