Tender Description
Lismore City Council is seeking submissions from suitable qualified companies to undertake the transformation and construction, to the supplied Architect design and Development Consent, of the Lismore Regional Art Gallery. The scope of works includes refurbishment of a former High School Building, referred to as 'C-Block', and construction of the landscaped Quadrangle. The re-development is located within the Lismore Library and the Northern Rivers Conservatorium precinct on the corner of Magellan Street and Keen Street within the Lismore CBD.
A compulsory on-site Inspection and tender briefing by the Architect on the design of the building and precinct, will be held Thursday 26 May 2016 at 10am commencing at the Oakes Oval Complex (Gordon Pavilion), Cnr Dawson and Magellan Streets, Lismore.
Tender submissions close at 2pm Tuesday 5 July 2016.
Interested parties are required to register at Council's eProcurement portal www.tenderlink.com/lismore to access relevant documents. Submissions may also be lodged at this site in the electronic tender box.
