Western Water's Surbiton Park Recycled Water Plant (SPRWP) is located at Butlers Road, Mt Cottrell, approximately 8 km south of Melton.
As part of a staged program to increase the SPRWP capacity, Western Water is planning to increase the capacity of the existing biosolids facility at the SPRWP. Western Water is separately seeking tenders for the design and construction of works that include a new mesophilic anaerobic digester, a dual-membrane gas holder, biogas and heating management systems and associated civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control works.
These works are to be delivered as a Design and Construct contract under AS4300-1995 General Conditions of Contract.
This Request For Proposals is for the provision of Consultant Services to undertake administration of this Design and Construct contract in the role of Superintendent for Western Water.
The closing time for electronic lodgement of proposals (see option below) is 2:00pm on Friday 3rd June 2016.
