Tender Description
A part renewal and extension to existing facility that will provide a new entry, offices, meeting room, administration spaces, a new consulting room, new amenities, a kitchen upgrade, new pantry, refurbished multi-purpose rooms and new store rooms. The refurbishment and extension works will provide the users with a new and improved working environment to meet their needs and the current standards. The total extent of the works includes an extension of approximately 107m2, the refurbishment of the existing building of approximately 253m2 and the introduction of a new covered entry.
