Tender Description
The Head Contractor will undertake a range of building works as specified in the tender documentation and will also be responsible for appointing and managing a number of sub-contractors and suppliers as nominated by Parramatta City Council.

3. by phone to Council's Procurement Advisor, Noel Clarke on 9806-5379, (please note that Council requires all enquiries for advice with regard to a specific tender to be submitted in writing.)
Completed responses are to be lodged in:
* A sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at Parramatta City Council's Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, 126 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150; or
* The Electronic Tender box, by 10.00 am, Tuesday 24 May 2016.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 10.00 am, Tuesday 24 May 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
