Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Templestowe Heights Primary School Gymnasium building works. The required works include:
* Construction of an accessible WC within existing storage area.
* Roof works including replacement of all existing roof screws and flashing along south wall.
* Changeover of existing emergency exit door hardware to emergency exit panic device.
A pre-tender site inspection has been scheduled for 4:00pm on Tuesday 10 May 2016 at the Templestowe Heights Primary School, High Street, Templestowe Heights (Melways Map 33, C7).
