Tender Description
Southern Cross University is calling for an RFP from interested parties for potential future use of the site know as "Invercauld House". The site is located at 163 Invercauld Road Goonellebah and consist of 2.187 hectares with 15 buildings. Currently run as a conference and accomodation facility potential operators are encouraged to submit an RFP detailing idea's for future use of the site.
