Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Construction of Footpath and associated works in Parker Street (between Union & Ruffey Streets), Templestowe Lower
The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents and includes the following items:
Removal of existing redundant kerb, connecting footpath pavements and pipe culvert within the works area;
Construction of footpath, kerb & channel, vehicle crossing and associated minor drainage works;
Asphalt reinstatement works, re-set existing gate levels and reinstate all disturbed areas.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer. Faxed, emailed, hard copy tenders or verbal tenders will not be considered.
