Digitisation (Scanning) of Application and Subdivision Files for Parramatta City Council.
Parramatta City Council are looking for an organisation who can:
* Digitise (scan) and securely store (temporarily) 1,215 type 4 boxes (365 lineal metres) of Development Application and Subdivision files containing A4 correspondence and plans ranging in size from A4 to A1 in black and white, greyscale or colour. All scanning and storage must be conducted in NSW.
* Demonstrate the ability to meet the benchmarks and quality assurance as outlined in the invitation to tender.
* Ensure that all boxed files can be relocated to the proponent's facility for processing within two weeks of winning the tender, and hardcopies stored for up to 12 months after completion of the project.
* Undertake all activities within NSW.
* Undertake all activities directly. No sub-contracting of work will be permitted due to confidentiality and privacy.
