SSROC in collaboration with Participating Councils wish to engage multiple experienced and qualified providers for provision of comprehensive Digitisation, Storage, Destruction and Associated Services for Council Records.

This initiative aims to modernise records management practices, improve accessibility, and support digital transformation across Participating Council operations as well as provide Councils an opportunity to restore State and archival records.

A key driver for this Request for Tender is to seek innovative, sustainable, reliable and cost-effective solutions for the required Services.

The Categories includes:

1. Digitisation conversion of records

2. Scan-on-demand

3. Secure offsite storage,

4. Secure Destruction

5. Conservation of fragile documents,

6. Digital mailroom automation,

7. Consultancy and Strategy Development

Tenderers are invited to submit for 1 or more Categories.

Participating Councils may engage for 1 or more Categories.
