Collection Digitisation Services - Category G02 - Other ICT Services
Project goals
Museums of History NSW (MHNSW) invites pre-qualified Suppliers under Buy.NSW ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) category G02 Digitisation including delivery ‘as a service’ to participate in a Request for Tender (RFT) for Collection Digitisation Services.
Scope
Services sought are:
- Imaging of the collection items to specific requirements to create Archival Master files
- Creation of derivative files from Archival Master files
- Supply and application of specific technical and ministrative metadata and Quality assurance.
The services sought involve imaging of items from MHNSW’s collections, the State Archives collection, Caroline Simpson Library collection and Museum collections in the following format categories.
Categories are:
1. Photographic formats, including negatives, transparencies and photographic prints
2. Bound (book) formats, booklets, manuscripts, rare books, volumes and registers etc.

RFT Briefing session
Participants are invited to attend a virtual RFT Briefing session online at 11am on Thursday 22 January 2026. Attendance at this session is optional / non-mandatory.
