South East Water Corporation (Organisation) is a provider of water, sewerage, trade waste and water saving services for residents and businesses in an area ranging from the South East of Melbourne to South Gippsland. We are one of Melbourne’s three water retailers owned by the Victorian Government.

The Organisation is seeking responses to this invitation for the provision of Employee On-Boarding Application Development as detailed in Part A.2 - Specifications:
APP 1: A game for new starters showcasing South East Waters ACES framework, strategy and core activities.
APP 2: A mobile app designed to incentivise new recruits to South East Water’s headquarters to explore the building and interact with other departments, encouraging networking and cross-collaboration. It is suggested the app is designed as a platform that supports a program of real-world activities. The app would guide players along a specified journey around the building where they would complete an activity such as introducing themselves to specific people. These people would “check off” that activity for the player.
